  1. งานคอมมิชชันทั้งหมดเป็นสาธารณะ หมายถึงผู้วาดมีสิทธิ์เผยแพร่งานทางออนไลน์ได้ หากไม่ประสงค์ให้นำไปเผยแพร่ สามารถซื้อสิทธิ์ได้ในราคา 60% ของงาน

  2. ไม่อนุญาตให้นำงานคอมมิชชันทั้งหมดไปใช้งานที่เกี่ยวข้องกับ blockchain (crypto, NFTs) หรือนำไปใช้งานกับ AI

  3. ไม่รับงานที่มาจากการฝากจอง/จองแทนจากบุคคลที่สาม ผู้ไม่ใช่ผู้ว่าจ้าง

  4. หากมีการยกเลิกงานหลังจากได้เริ่มงานแล้ว โดยผู้ว่าจ้าง จะไม่มีการคืนมัดจำในทุกกรณี และไม่สามารถขอยกเลิกงานขณะที่งานดำเนินไปถึงขั้นตอนเก็บรายละเอียดแล้ว

  5. ผู้วาดสามารถปฏิเสธงานที่ไม่เหมาะสม ทำให้เกิดความไม่สบายใจ หรือความเข้าใจผิดได้

  6. ไม่สามารถขอไฟล์ภาพต้นฉบับการทำงานได้

  7. ไม่อนุญาตให้นำภาพสเก็ตช์ที่ไม่ได้ขอซื้อไปใช้ในกรณีใดทั้งสิ้น

  8. ห้ามแอบอ้างผลงาน สามารถดัดแปลงได้ แต่ให้ระบุว่ามีการดัดแปลง

  9. ให้เครดิต DIVALIS เมื่อมีการใช้งานภาพ เราจะขอบคุณมาก ๆ ค่ะ ♡

งานที่นำไปใช้ส่วนตัว ไม่มีการพิมพ์ซ้ำ ไม่โปรโมท ไม่แจกจ่าย จำหน่ายหรือแสวงหาผลกำไร เช่น

  • สิ่งพิมพ์ หรือ merch สำหรับใช้ส่วนตัว

  • งานสำหรับใช้ประกอบการเล่นโรลเพลย์ ออริ

  1. All commissioned works are public, meaning the artist has the right to share them online. Private rights can be purchased for 60% of the commission price.

  2. All commissioned works may not be used for blockchain-related technology (crypto, NFTs), nor any AI purposes.

  3. Reserved or placed an order on behalf of someone else is prohibited.

  4. If the project is canceled by the client after work has begun, the deposit will not be refunded under any circumstances. The project cannot be canceled after reaching detailing process.

  5. The artist reserves the right to decline projects that are inappropriate, cause discomfort, or may lead to misunderstandings.

  6. The original source files cannot be requested.

  7. Sketches that have not been purchased may not be used under any circumstances.

  8. Claiming the artwork as your own is prohibited. Modifications are allowed, but credit must be given for any alterations.

  9. Credit given to DIVALIS would be highly appreciated ♡

เป็นรายชื่อที่ยังสามารถสั่งงานได้ในอนาคต เนื่องจาก

  • หลุดจอง: หลังการจอง ไม่มีการรับทราบ แจ้ง หรือติดต่อกลับจากผู้ว่าจ้างครบ 1 ชม. หลังจากที่เราติดต่อไป

  • ไม่มีการมัดจำหรือชำระภายใน 24 ชม. หลังการประเมินราคา โดยไม่มีการแจ้งเหตุล่วงหน้า

  • พบว่าฝากจอง/จองแทนจากบุคคลที่สาม ซึ่งเป็นการผิดเงื่อนไขและข้อตกลง

Blacklist

เป็นรายชื่อที่เราจะไม่รับงานคมชในอนาคต เนื่องจาก

  • ติด caution list 2 ครั้ง

  • ยกเลิกงานกลางคัน โดยความผิดไม่ได้ตกอยู่ที่ตัวผู้วาด

  • หลังคอนเฟิร์มงานไฟนอล ไม่ชำระเงินภายใน 24 ชม. หรือตามเวลาที่ตกลงกัน

  • มีการกระทำที่ทำให้ผู้วาดอึดอัดใจ เสื่อมเสีย หรือใช้คำพูดเท็จ ด่าทอ ส่อเสียดต่อผู้วาด

ทั้งนี้เพื่อเป็นการปกป้องผู้ว่าจ้างและตัวผู้วาดเอง เนื่องจากงานของเราเปิดรับเป็นบางช่วงและจำกัดสล็อท บางเหตุการณ์ที่เกิดขึ้นที่ผ่านมาทำให้เราเสียโอกาสในการรับงานไปค่ะแม้จะเป็นงานชั่วครั้งชั่วคราว เราไม่ถึงกับเป็นมืออาชีพ แต่เราตั้งใจ และจริงจังกับงานทุกชิ้นที่ได้รับมา แล้วก็มีความสุขที่ได้ส่งงานให้กับคนที่ตั้งใจเข้ามาเลือกคมชของเราเช่นกัน จึงอยากทำให้เป็นกิจจะลักษณะมากขึ้นค่ะ ( • ө • ) ♡

Caution list

A list of clients who may still commission in the future, due to the following reasons:

  • Missed reservation: No response, acknowledgment, or follow-up from the client within 1 hour after we contacted them.

  • No payment after pricing: No deposit or payment made within 24 hours after price estimation, without prior notice.

  • Third-party booking: Found to have reserved or placed an order on behalf of someone else, which violates the terms and agreement.

Blacklist

A list of clients I will no longer accept commissions from due to:

  • Appearing on the caution list twice.

  • Canceling the project midway for reasons not caused by the artist.

  • No full payment within 24 hours of final confirmation, or within the agreed-upon time.

  • Behavior that makes the artist uncomfortable, causes harm, or includes false accusations, insults, or disrespectful remarks.

This policy is to protect both clients and the artist, as my commission slots are limited and only open during specific periods. Some past incidents have caused me to lose opportunities to take on other commissions.Even if this is a temporary or semi-professional gig, I'm committed and take every project seriously. I'm genuinely happy to deliver work to people who intentionally chose my service, and that’s why I'm striving to make everything more structured. ( • ө • ) ♡
